Make sure you have done the following things.
1. Enable the compatibility mode on the WPSL settings page.
2. Both the browser and server API keys are set on the settings page.
3. The referrer for the browser key is set to your domain ( either in the your-domain.com/* or the *.your-domain.com/* format ), and the referrer for the server key is set to the IP address of your domain.
4. Billing is enabled on the Google Cloud Platform.
  
  If this is the case, but you still get an API limit reached error or the map shows a for development purposes overlay then contact Google Billing and Payments Support.
5. The API's listed here are all enabled in the Google API Console, and they are not restricted.
If the above items are all done, then open the browser console ( F12) and reload the page the store locator is used on.

If a Google Maps related error shows up, then it will often include a link explaining how to resolve it. Otherwise see if it's listed in this section.

You can quickly test if your issue is API key related by using the "Validate API keys" tool on the WPSL settings page.

Did you check if the troubleshooting and customisations documentation covers your issue? Are you using the latest plugin version?

If JavaScript errors show up in the browser console ( that are not Google Maps related ), then try to switch back to default theme to see if the conflict is caused by your theme. Also try to disable all other plugins for a second to check if it's a conflict with another active plugin.

If the JavaScript errors are Google Maps related, then the error message itself often contains a link explaining how to solve it. It may also be covered in this section.
