If the start marker is placed on the Equator, then you probably forgot to set a starting position on the settings page.
You can fix this by following these steps:
- Go to Store Locator > Settings
- Scroll down to the “Map” section
- Fill in the “Start point” field with the name of the location that you want to use as the initial start point.
- Click on “Save Changes”
The “Start point” field should auto complete your input. If this is not the case, then there is either a JS conflict with one of the active plugins or your current theme, the required API is not enabled, or you didn’t set the API keys.
